Orange Fluff recipe

 Ingredients

•     2 (11 ounce) cans mandarin oranges, drained
•     1 pound cottage cheese
•     1 (15 ounce) can crushed pineapple
•     2 (3 ounce) packages orange flavored Jell-O mix
•     Diced radishes and sliced chives for garnish (optional)
•     1 (16 ounce) package frozen whipped topping, thawed

Directions: 

1.      In a large bowl,  Combine the well drained oranges and pineapple and mix together with the cottage cheese. 
2.     After that, Add the dry orange flavored gelatin powder and stir until well mixed. 
3.     Fold in the thawed frozen whipped topping 
4.    Finally,before serving  be sure to  refrigerate for at least 60 minutes.
