Angel food cake




The ingredients:
  •     1 1/4 cups cake flour
  •     1/4 teaspoon salt
  •     1 3/4 cups white sugar
  •     1 1/2 cups egg whites
  •     1/2 teaspoon almond extract
  •     1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  •     1 teaspoon cream of tartar


Directions

  1.     Firstly, Beat egg whites until they form stiff peaks, and after that,  add vanilla extract, cream of tartar,  and almond extract.
  2.     Sift collectively flour, sugar, and salt. Repeat 5 times.
  3.     Gently combine the  the dry ingredients with  the egg whites, and then pour into an ungreased 10 inch tube pan.
  4.     Place cake pan in a cold oven. Turn the oven on; set it to (165 degrees C) 325 degrees F . Cook until cake is golden brown  for about one hour, or .
  5.     Invert cake, and allow it to cool in the pan.
  6.   Finally,   remove from pan When thoroughly cooled,
