Tomato Onion Stew Recipe



The ingredients ; 
  •     1⁄2 cup chopped green bell pepper
  •     1 small onion, chopped
  •     1⁄4 cup thinly sliced celery
  •     1 clove garlic, minced
  •     1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  •     3 cups peeled chopped tomatoes
  •     1⁄8 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper

Directions


  1.    Firstly ,  To peel tomatoes:start by Cutting  a small, shallow X into the bottom of each tomato.
  2.     After that, Place into boiling water for 1 minute and then immediately dip into ice water.
  3.     Remove, dry and peel skin.
  4.     Then,  be sure to Chop tomatoes.
  5.     Coat a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray.
  6.     Heat until hot over medium high .
  7.     After that, Add , onion and garlic, the celery, bell pepper
  8.     Saute for about five mins until vegetables are tender.
  9.    Then ,  Add  vinegar and black pepper, and the chopped tomatoes
  10.     Bring to a boil.
  11.     Finally, Cover, reduce heat  stirring occasionally and simmer for about quarter-hour .
